CPVCSAP:  Vanier Co-operative celebrated its 36th Anniversary..  Providing quality childcare services to the Vanier community has fostered many generations with deep roots stemming from Vanier Co-op.

The Vanier Co-op team is truly grateful for parent’s trust, partnership and ongoing support.

The centre launched its newly retrofitted toddler program on November 7, 2016.  The centre’s license revision now includes 15 Toddlers aged eighteen to thirty months AND 24 Preschoolers aged thirty-one to fifty-eight months.

In accordance with the Child Care & Early Years Act, Vanier Co-operative’s license has a Ministry of Education Director’s Approval of mixed age groupings allowing 20% acceptance of children from the younger age groups.  This means a maximum of 3 children from 13-18 months for the Toddler Program and a maximum of 5 children from 18-2.5 years for the Preschool Program can be accepted into their respective programs IF the child is able to function with developmental expectation respectful of each age group program.

Both the toddler & preschool program are consistently enrolled to the maximum capacity of the centre’s license.  Early planning is very important.   We want to assist families – striving NOT to turn families away.  (Expansion options are being sought.)
