The Board of Directors & staff members of Vanier Cooperative Childcare Centre strives to respond to the needs of the Vanier Community and its daycare families.  As parent members of VC3, your client response and feedback about your child(ren)’s child care experience is invaluable to the daycare as it help us improve our service.

Please take a moment to complete this questionnaire.  Share your thoughts about the strength of our programs.  Be honest.  Identify areas where you think improvements are needed. All forms are anonymous and confidential.
