CPVCSAP: Vanier Co-operative

Vanier Co-operative Childcare Centre is a non-denominational, multi-cultural, community-based childcare centre.

36 years in the heart of Vanier – well-established in the Ottawa-East community, the licensed centre offers both toddler and preschool care to families.

April 19, 2022 Ministry of Education announced some loosening of COVID-19 restrictions.  Parents & visitors are welcomed indoors – reinstating the Open Door Policy.  Based on the Ministry of Education (MEDU) and Ottawa Public Health (OPH) Guidelines, parents and visitors are requested to maintain “mask” wearing when entering the building as a courtesy and as much of the children in care (18-4 years ) remain unvaccinated.  A Virtual tour has been developed as a sneak peak for curious parents!!  We continue to offer opportunities for electronic conversations & zoom meetings!  We appreciate your understanding during the  evolution of the COVID19 virus and its affects on the community.

Ever since starting with Vanier Co-op the staff & caregivers have been extremely helpful & understanding.  I am sorry that I’m losing them, but happy you might get the chance to associate with all @ Vanier Co-op.

Since I am about to retire (OCTC Speech Therapist,) I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support.  You have all been so welcoming and willing to work with me that it has made my job very easy.  You are a great team and all of the children are benefiting from your expertise.  I shall miss my visits to your program.  Thank you again, B
